Delivery
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to you.
*Fulfillment and Shipping times are estimates and vary depending on products. Holidays and other unforeseen events may delay products arrival time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not cover wrong address, or undeliverable packages. If a package is delivered to a wrong address (due to fault of delivery service) that should be handled between the customer and the carrier. Please make sure all shipping addresses are correct before checking out.
We do not accept returns for sizing errors or buyers remorse.
